Does it send emails without anyone checking?
Only where you decide it should. Replies can be held as drafts for approval, and sensitive categories can always go to a person.
Which email platforms does it work with?
Gmail and Google Workspace are the most common. We also work with other platforms that provide an API. Ask us about yours.
Do we need to change how our team uses email?
